How often should I back up?

You can back up as often as hourly. However most of our clients backup daily at around 2:00am. It is completely up to you the frequency of your backups, however the best way to judge your backup schedule is how often you add/change data on your device that is backing up. Daily is usually suffice.

What do I do if my payment fails?

A.

If your payment fails, it will not automatically attempt again. You must login to your account and select the large green "pay" button. This will update your card in our system. This all can be accessed from the "My Account" page. This is only valid if your account was created after April 1, 2015. If your account was created before this date you must contact us to update your credit card number over the phone at 866-705-6736.
